SHIPPING

We ship FedEx 2nd day. This means you will receive the items within 3 days from when we ship. Please contact AOJ if you need your items by a certain date, most one of a kind items are in stock, but some may take additional days to ship.

AOJ is not responsible for shipped items lost in transit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR WEBSITE PURCHASES:

Items can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after purchase. Any reported defects or damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the items. Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition it was when it was received. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Items must be carefully packed and shipped with FedEx or UPS. (We do not get the US mail to our address). It’s recommended that you insure the item for its full value, as AOJ is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Winter Holiday return/exchange window is extended.

If you need additional time please email to work it out before you order.

Unfortunately, returned items that were purchased with a credit card (including PayPal) will incur a 5% restocking fee ( you can thank the credit card companies for this!). Items purchased with bank transfer, cash or check will not incur a restocking fee. If you received complimentary shipping on your order, $20 will be deducted from your return.

All sales are final on customized items. Unfortunately, these items may not be returned or exchanged.

Discounted items are final sale.

Please send us an email with your transaction number, or name on the credit card and items purchased to receive return authorization form. The form needs to be filled out legibly in order to be safely refunded/ exchanged.
